Private Instruction Contact Form

1. # of people looking for private instruction (yourself, or a group and how many in the group)
2. Which platform you would like training on (rifle, pistol, shotgun)
3. What you are looking to gain from private instruction (basics, skill building, advanced training, etc.)
4. A few dates and times you would prefer to book

Please be as detailed as possible.
 
Once you submit your request a member of our training team will reach out to you as soon as possible.
 






Please note: Students must complete all prerequisites needed for specific courses. If you are unable to book a class on the website, it is likely that the prerequisite has not been completed. If you feel you have completed the prerequisites to take the course, please email Training@wbarmory.com.

Cancellation Policy

  • In the event a student cannot attend a course they are registered for, their registration can be transferred with no additional fees to another individual pending they meet the prerequisites for that course.
  • Cancellations within two weeks of the course date forfeit 50% of the course tuition.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
  • In the unlikely event White Birch Armory must cancel a course, individuals will be contacted as soon as possible and offered option for rebooking or refunds. 
  • Courses may be rescheduled one time and must be requested at least two weeks from the course date.  Requests received within two weeks of the class may not be eligible for rescheduling.  To request rescheduling, please send an email to Training@wbarmory.com or call 603-330-0146.
