Return Policy

At White Birch Armory, our highest priority is your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us, we will make every reasonable effort to resolve any issues with your order. Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase and have the original receipt. To return an item, notify us immediately upon receiving the product and explain the issue. Products must be unopened in the original manufacturer’s packaging. A 15% restocking fee may be assessed on accepted returns. Any additional shipping charges incurred while returning or exchanging items are the responsibility of the customer.

FIREARMS

Inspect all firearms before completing the transfer at the dealer we shipped to. Once the transfer has been completed, the firearm is considered used and we cannot accept a return. If there are any issues or defects with your firearm after it has been transferred, you will need to contact the manufacturer for instructions on warranty returns.

AMMUNITION

For safety reasons, all ammunition and ammunition component sales are final and non-returnable. If the ammunition you purchased is not functioning properly in your firearm, it doesn’t necessarily mean that it is defective. However, if you suspect the ammunition is bad, you will have to contact the manufacturer directly to resolve the issue.

ACCESSORIES

Merchandise that has been opened from the original manufacturer packaging will not be accepted for return. If the product has been removed from its packaging and/or installed before identifying it as defective, customers must contact the manufacturer directly, and are subject to their warranty policies.

CLOTHING & CLEARANCE ITEMS

All clothing and clearance items are not eligible for refund or exchange.

NOTE: We recommend that you use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns, and either ensure your package for safe return or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you chose not to use a carrier that offers tracking and ensure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.
