In most cases, the answer is yes! Many people are deterred from buying ammo online, because they are not familiar with the ammunition laws and restrictions in their area. For most states there are no restrictions to ordering online. Some states require only that a copy of a FOID card be provided before shipping. Please be sure to check our Shipping Policies and your State/Local laws before ordering.

Purchasing a firearm online is legal and easy. Be sure to check your local laws for any restrictions on firearms in your area.
Purchase a Firearm Online in Four Easy Steps
- Select the firearm you would like to order from our inventory and Add to Cart.
- Select your local FFL Dealer. If you live close to our Dover, NH location, your firearm can be transferred right in our store.
- When your FFL receives the firearm, you will be required to complete the paperwork and background check.
- Hit the range and enjoy your new gun!
At White Birch Armory, we have tried hard to keep shipping costs as low as possible. Regardless of product, we offer flat rate shipping based on the total weight of all products, $19.95 per 50 lbs. For example, if your cart contained 49 lbs of product, shipping would be only $19.95. 
Delivery times will depend on your location and which warehouse your products are shipping from. Most products ship UPS/FedEx Ground and handguns ship 2nd Day Air.
After placing an order, our warehouses will be notified and your products will ship directly to you. When a shipping label is created, the tracking number will be emailed to you. If you have ordered a firearm, you will need to select a local FFL for us to ship to. Before shipping, a copy of the Dealer’s license will need to be sent to sales@wbarmory.com.
