Membership Terms and Conditions
- Agreement – This agreement is between White Birch Ammo LLC (dba White Birch Armory), hereafter referred to as White Birch Armory, and the purchaser of this membership, hereafter referred to as the “Primary Member.” The “Primary Member” is the individual designated as the primary contact for billing of membership dues. In the event of a membership being gifted by another party, the Primary Member must be designated by the gifting party. This agreement is entered on date of purchase. This agreement supersedes any previous oral or written agreements and replaces any correspondence or other communication between the parties. No oral statements, representations, or prior written materials shall be of any force or effect, except as they may be specifically set forth herein. All prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, regarding the subject matter of this agreement are hereby revoked, canceled, and rescinded.
- Membership – Membership at White Birch Armory will be made available only to those persons who are legally able to own and possess a firearm and are at least 18 years of age. Members must follow all federal, state, and local laws concerning the handling and ownership of firearms.Memberships will be granted and may be revoked at the sole discretion of White Birch Armory. All membership definitions, benefits, pricing, terms, and conditions are established by subject to change at the sole discretion of White Birch Armory. By agreeing to these terms you certify that you; (1) are not, and have never been, the subject of a criminal or any other proceeding that prevents you from legally owning, handling, or possessing firearms under New Hampshire or Federal Law; (2) that you can lawfully own, handle, and possess a firearm; (3) that all information given in this application is true and correct to the best of your knowledge.
- Death, General Transfers of Memberships – The Membership is personal to the Primary Member and may not be transferred or assigned at any time to any other person. In the event of the death of the Primary Member, the surviving spouse of such Member, if any, may continue as the Primary Member for the Membership without paying any additional Membership Fees. In the event the deceased Member is not survived by a spouse, or the spouse does not desire to continue the Membership, it can be transferred to a dependent, chosen by the surviving spouse. In the event the deceased Member is not survived by a spouse, or the spouse does not desire to transfer or continue the Membership, it shall be terminated.
- Public Safety/Seniors Membership – A Public Safety membership shall be granted to the following qualified personnel: Active or retired military, Reserve or National Guard, military veterans, law enforcement, firefighters, EMT’s, paramedics and Senior Citizens. A Senior citizen must be at least 65 years of age at the time of membership registration to be eligible. Appropriate identification/credentials must be presented to complete the membership registration process.
- Midweek Membership – White Birch Armory Midweek Memberships grant membership privileges on a limited basis at a reduced price. Midweek members are entitled to the same benefits as Individual Members, but only between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM Monday – Friday. Midweek members are eligible to use the online booking system, however, bookings will be restricted to only the hours provided by the membership.
- Family Membership – A White Birch Armory family membership shall grant membership privileges to the Primary Member identified on the application, their spouse, and any children between the age of 12 and 18 residing at the Primary Member’s listed residence or attending school on a full-time basis, subject to the limitations set forth herein. To qualify for membership, each family member must meet all conditions of membership, and a Parent/Guardian Release of Liability must be signed and on file with White Birch Armory for each child between 12 and 18 years of age. Any child between the age of 12 and 18 who visits White Birch Armory facilities, shall be allowed to accompany the Primary Member or their spouse, provided they remain within arm’s length of the Primary Member or spouse and under their direct supervision at all times. There may only be two children between the age of 12 and 18 per one supervising Primary Member or spouse. White Birch Armory reserves the right, from time to time, to limit use of the range by children between the age of 12 and 18. Any child under the age of 12 is prohibited from entering or using the range. Parent(s) and/or legal guardian(s) will remain legally responsible for any actions taken by the child(ren) and defend White Birch Armory and all other representatives associated with the firearms facility, to include instructors, from all actions, demands, costs, claims, damages, and consequential damage arising from or in connection with their child while visiting White Birch Armory.
- In the event the Primary Member becomes legally separated or divorced, ownership of the Membership shall continue with the Primary Member, designated in section 1 of this agreement, unless the membership is specifically awarded to the spouse by written agreement or final divorce decree, and White Birch Armory is given written notice thereof.
- In the event the Primary Member seeks to transfer ownership of the secondary member because of legal separation or divorce, a one-time transfer fee of $20 will apply.
- A Parent/Guardian Release of Liability must be signed for each child between the age of 12 and 18 who intends to use the White Birch Armory facility as part of the Family Membership. Any child who does not have a Parent/Guardian Release of Liability signed by a parent or legal guardian on file with White Birch Armory will not be allowed to enter the facility.
- Signatures below are for the acknowledgement for the reading and understanding of the Range Rules and Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability and Claims for children under the Family Membership, both of which have been made available to the undersigned for review and which are hereby incorporated by reference. All members included in the Family Membership must sign below in order to have access to the facility.
- VIP Membership – A White Birch Armory VIP membership shall grant membership privileges to the individual identified on the application. This level of membership shall also grant access to the VIP Lounge. VIP members can bring up to 2 family members or guests into the lounge with them during visits. All family members and guests must be accompanied by a VIP member to be admitted to VIP member-only areas. Members are responsible for all actions taken by their family members or guests and will hold White Birch Armory harmless for property damage, accidents, and injuries to or caused by family members or guests.
- Television: The VIP Lounge television is intended as an enhancement of the VIP package. The television and all associated applications and services are for the enjoyment of all White Birch Armory guests and shall not to be used to view obscene, indecent, and/or profane content. VIP members are not permitted to use personal accounts (e.g. streaming services) on any White Birch Armory owned device.
- Lockers: White Birch Armory offers day use of lockers, for storage, to our VIP and Lifetime Members while visiting our facility. If personal belongings are left in a locker overnight, the locker will be opened, and such belongings will be held as lost property. Please do not leave personal belongings, including firearms, in the lockers beyond your visit. White Birch Armory will not take responsibility for any loss or theft of personal property whether locked in a locker or otherwise.
- Lifetime Membership – The terms and obligation to the Lifetime Membership is for the living life of the member. This membership option is prepaid and not eligible for any prorated returns. Lifetime memberships are not transferable from one person to another. Lifetime members are also granted access to the VIP Member Lounge. All rules and policies outlined in section 2c will also apply to Lifetime Members.
- Lifetime Family Membership – A White Birch Armory Lifetime Family membership shall grant membership privileges to the Primary Member identified on the application, their spouse, and any children older than 12 years of age and younger than18 years of age residing at the Primary Member’s listed residence or attending school on a full-time basis, subject to the limitations set forth herein. To qualify for membership, each family member must meet all conditions of membership, and a Parent/Guardian Release of Liability must be signed and on file with White Birch Armory for each child older than 12 years of age and younger than 18 years of age. Any child between the age of 12 and 18 who visits White Birch Armory facilities, shall be allowed to accompany the Primary Member or their spouse, provided they remain within arm’s length of the Primary Member or spouse and under their direct supervision at all times. There may only be two children between the age of 12 and 18 per one supervising Primary Member or spouse. White Birch Armory reserves the right, from time to time, to limit use of the range by children between the age of 12 and 18. Any child under the age of 12 is prohibited from entering or using the range. Parent(s) and/or legal guardian(s) will remain legally responsible for any actions taken by the child(ren) and defend White Birch Armory and all other representatives associated with the firearms facility, to include instructors, from all actions, demands, costs, claims, damages, and consequential damage arising from or in connection with their child while visiting White Birch Armory. The terms and obligation to the Lifetime Membership is for the living life of the member. This membership option is prepaid and not eligible for any prorated returns. Lifetime memberships are not transferable from one person to another. Lifetime members are also granted access to the VIP Member Lounge. All rules and policies outlined in section 2f will also apply to Lifetime Members.
- In the event the Primary Member becomes legally separated or divorced from the second named member, both the Primary Member and second named member will be considered Primary Members on their own respective Lifetime Memberships. In the event, the membership is specifically awarded to the spouse by written agreement or final divorce decree, and White Birch Armory is given written notice thereof, the existing terms of the Lifetime Family membership will apply, and the Primary member will be able to complete a one-time transfer to a second named member for a fee of $20.
- A Parent/Guardian Release of Liability must be signed for each child between the age of 12 and 18 who intends to use the White Birch Armory facility as part of the Lifetime Family Membership. Any child who does not have a Parent/Guardian Release of Liability signed by a parent or legal guardian on file with White Birch Armory will not be allowed to enter the facility.

All members included in the Lifetime Family Membership must sign below in order to have access to the facility.
- Corporate Membership – Corporate Membership consists of a designated VIP member and a minimum of 5 named employees. Corporate Member benefits and discounts follow the same benefits and discounts as Individual Members, unless upgraded by the Corporate Membership account owner. Any company that chooses a corporate membership, and any members falling under that membership, are required to sign our standard liability waiver and release as a condition of entering and using the facility. The company and members of the Corporate Membership are subject to the Corporate Membership Terms and Conditions and the Group Booking Terms and Conditions, both of which have been made available to the company and members for review, and which are hereby incorporated by reference.
- Membership Identification – All White Birch Armory members will be photographed for White Birch Armory records and identification, and all members must present their White Birch Armory identification cards whenever they use White Birch Armory facilities. All family members and guests must present a photo ID before using White Birch Armory facilities.
- A valid unique email address is required for each named individual on a membership.
- Membership Identification cards are for the sole use of the member named on the identification card.
- Lost Membership Identification Cards: If a Membership Identification Card is lost, the member should notify White Birch Armory immediately. Membership Identification Cards can be replaced for a fee of $5 at the Information Desk.
- Availability of Facility – White Birch Armory facilities are for use by all White Birch Armory members, their family members, guests of members, private citizen groups, and by the general public. Members, their family members, and guests shall always use the premises in a considerate manner and solely for the purpose approved by White Birch Armory. White Birch Armory memberships are available to provide preferred access, discounts for services and facility use, and other benefits to be determined at the discretion of White Birch Armory. Memberships at White Birch Armory are subject to the Terms and Conditions stated herein. Memberships will be granted and may be revoked at the sole discretion of White Birch Armory.
- Class or Appointment – White Birch Armory will, from time to time, make their facility available for use by specific groups such as, Law Enforcement, military, or private party. Membership at White Birch Armory is not a guarantee of availability to facilities to the Primary Member. Primary Members may only utilize White Birch Armory facilities during normal operating hours. Class schedules and private bookings will be made public and posted well in advance. White Birch Armory reserves the right to change operating hours and/or class schedules at its sole discretion without any effect to this agreement.
- Limited Availability – White Birch Armory may close its facilities for maintenance, training, holidays, or other selected dates, as necessary.
- Limited Use – If you know or should know that you have a condition that may prevents you from using White Birch Armory facilities (planned travel, medical, etc.), you agree that your membership is limited accordingly. Membership dues will not be carried over or prorated.
- Fees & Payment – As part of consideration for membership, the Primary Member agrees to remain a member and pay the associated membership dues for the period specified by the membership option that was selected at the time of purchase. White Birch Armory is entitled to recover costs, including reasonable attorney fees incurred in collecting sums due to White Birch Armory, under this or any other membership provision. All memberships are subject to timely payment of membership dues. Monthly and annual membership dues for each level of membership vary based on the level of membership purchased, special White Birch Armory promotions, and membership availability. Membership dues and benefits may be reviewed and adjusted by White Birch Armory at any time.
- Annual Membership – The terms and obligations to the Prepaid Annual Membership is for one year. This membership option is prepaid. It is nontransferable. It cannot be canceled for a prorated return. Upon the 1-year anniversary of contract purchase date, the member can choose to switch to a Monthly membership, renew the membership at the yearly rate, upgrade their membership level, or cancel. If no action is taken by the member at the time of renewal, the membership will automatically renew with the same type of annual membership, and the member will be billed via a credit card withdraw and be subject to the terms in section 2 of this agreement. All annual memberships can be canceled at any time with no cancellation fee or penalty but require a notice from the member 30 days prior to the scheduled billing date. Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to memberships@wbarmory.com and received 30 business days prior to your credit/debit card processing date. Cancellations cannot be done over the phone. After the cancellation notice is provided the membership will expire when the last paid billing and membership month has been completed. No prorated returns will be provided.
- Monthly Membership – All initial memberships to White Birch Armory will be billed as a Prepaid Annual Membership. Upon the 1-year anniversary of contract purchase date, the member can choose to switch to a Monthly membership. The terms and obligations to the Monthly Membership are month-to-month. All monthly dues are prepaid. By subscribing to the monthly membership, you agree to be billed monthly via a credit card withdraw until a notice of cancellation is provided by the primary member. All monthly memberships can be canceled at any time with no cancellation fee or penalty but require a notice from the member 7 business days prior to the scheduled billing date. Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to memberships@wbarmory.com and received 7 business days prior to your credit/debit card processing date. Cancellations cannot be done over the phone. After the cancellation notice is provided the membership will expire when the last paid billing and membership month has been completed. No prorated returns will be provided.
- Dues – Members may select one of the following methods of payment for their membership dues:
- Automatic monthly credit card payment from a VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover. Membership will be revoked until all dues and fees are paid and credit card charge issues are resolved.
- Single annual lump sum credit card payment from a VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover.
- Single annual lump sum cash payment.
- Gift card and/or store credit.
- Conduct – All members, family members, guests, and other White Birch Armory facility users must follow all White Birch Armory safety standards and range rules, and must read and agree to the terms of the White Birch Armory Assumption of Risk, Waiver of Liability, Release & Indemnity Agreement all of which are incorporated by reference into the White Birch Armory terms and conditions of membership. Our facility and grounds shall not be used for any unlawful purpose and shall be used solely for the purposes approved by White Birch Armory. White Birch Armory and our employees, managers, officers, members, agents, representatives and contractors assume no liability for any losses, injury or damage occurring on or about the premises. Members are responsible for all actions taken by their family members and guests and will hold White Birch Armory harmless for property damage, accidents, and injuries to or caused by family members or guests. Any accidents, injuries, or misconduct by members, their family, or guests shall be immediately reported to an employee of White Birch Armory. Anyone entering these premises does so entirely at their own risk. To the extent not prohibited by law, in no circumstance shall White Birch Armory be liable to you or any other third parties for any loss or damage (including, without limitation, personal health) arising out of or related to your, your family member, or your guests’ use or inability to use the White Birch Armory facilities. You hereby agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless White Birch Armory, its affiliates, managers, officers, members, employees, agents, representatives and contractors from and against any claims, demands, losses and/or injury, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and other costs and expenses, arising out of or related to your, your family member, or any of your guest’s use of or access to the White Birch Armory facilities and grounds. White Birch Armory management reserves the right to review security footage to retroactively determine location, time, and person(s) involved with instances that have caused damage or partook in unsafe behavior in the range and/or on White Birch Armory property. If a Member and/or their family member or guest causes damage to range property and refuses to pay any fees as outlined in the Standard Liability Waiver and Release form their privileges will be revoked and prohibited from use of White Birch Armory facilities until the fine is paid in full. The payment of such fine shall be in addition to any and all other damages and remedies available to White Birch Armory under this Agreement and in equity or at law.
- All members, family members and guests are subject to the general policies and rules of operation and administration of White Birch Armory, all of which are intended to provide a safe, professional, friendly, and family-oriented environment for the shooting sports.
- Any member, family member or guest of a member may be suspended or expelled from White Birch Armory facilities for violation of the range rules or for conduct deemed disorderly, unlawful, prohibited by this Agreement or not in strict conformity with the approved purpose for the use of the facility by the renter, their family members, and guests, each as determined at the sole discretion of White Birch Armory staff. Decisions of White Birch Armory management regarding suspension or expulsion are final.
- Damages – If a member, their family member, or a member’s guest causes any damage to White Birch Armory property, whether accidental, negligent, willful or otherwise, the member (and the member’s family and/or guest) will be removed from the ranges and/or facilities and suspended or terminated from membership. In the event of a negligent discharge or other safety violation(s), White Birch Armory reserves the right to require a preapproved safety firearm course to be successfully completed prior to membership benefits being reinstated. Members can elect to take a White Birch Armory course or a pre-approved firearm course of their choice. Firearm safety course tuition is the responsibility of the member. Under no circumstances will White Birch Armory reimburse or refund the cost of membership should a member elect not to complete a required safety course. The individual responsible for the damage may be civilly liable or criminally prosecuted. White Birch Armory reserve the right to charge the member the costs for any such damage, regardless of whether the damage is caused by the member, their family member, or the member’s guest. Should court action be required to collect the damages, the member will also be liable for White Birch Armory attorney fees.
- Assumption of Risk; Limitation of Liability – White Birch Armory and our employees, managers, officers, members, agents, representatives and contractors assume no liability for any losses, injury or damage occurring on or about the premises. Anyone entering these premises does so entirely at their own risk. To the extent not prohibited by law, in no circumstance shall White Birch Armory be liable to you or any other third parties for any loss or damage (including, without limitation, personal health) arising out of or related to your, your family member, or your guests’ use or inability to use the White Birch Armory facilities.
- Smoking, Alcohol, Food and Drink – White Birch Armory has a zero-tolerance policy regarding drug or alcohol use at our facilities. Absolutely no alcohol, illegal drugs, or intoxicating substances are allowed on the indoor range. No food or drink are allowed in the range or axe-throwing area. If you or any of your family members or guests is suspected of being under the influence, which determination shall be made by White Birch Armory management in their sole discretion, each such person will be prohibited from utilizing White Birch Armory facilities. White Birch Armory reserves the right to make their own determination as to the state of a potential family member or guest and reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. White Birch Armory will cooperate with law enforcement agencies responsible for enforcing laws related to the use of illegal drugs and alcohol. Smoking is permitted in designated smoking areas only.
- Military – In the event the Member is or hereafter becomes a member of the United States Armed Forces on extended active duty and hereafter the Member receives deployment orders, then in this event, the Member may place their membership on hold until their return. Written notification of deployment along with a copy of the official orders must be given thirty (30) days in advance and be tendered via email to memberships@wbarmory.com or hand delivered to the Information Desk Attendant. White Birch Armory is committed to supporting our military members.
- Photography, Videography, and Model Agreement – The member agrees to allow their photograph to be taken for White Birch Armory records and identification. White Birch Armory reserves the right to use photography and videography for any promotional use that may benefit White Birch Armory, or its partners. White Birch Armory guests may opt out by submitting their decision in writing. When opting out, guests must be specific as to what they are allowing or not allowing. Guests of White Birch Arm may not opt out of “All Photography and Videography” since White Birch Armory utilizes both for the safety and security of the store. All guests understand and agree that such photographs and/or video recordings of Members, customers and/or guests may be placed on the Internet. Guests waive the right to approve the final product. The guest agrees that all such portraits, pictures, photographs, video and audio recordings, and any reproductions thereof, are and shall remain the property of White Birch Armory.
- Chargebacks – White Birch Armory reserves the right to dispute any bank or credit card chargebacks. White Birch Armory reserves the right to refuse all future orders placed by any customer that cancels an order via debit or credit card chargeback following shipment or rendering of services.
- Arbitration– Any claim, dispute, or controversy (whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, whether preexisting, present or future, and including statutory, common law, intentional tort and equitable claims) arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions, their interpretation, or the breach, termination or validity thereof, the relationships which result from these Terms and Conditions (including, to the full extent permitted by applicable law, relationships with third parties who are not signatories to these Terms and Conditions), White Birch Armory’s advertising, or any related purchase shall be resolved exclusively and finally by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be held in Strafford County, New Hampshire before a single arbitrator, unless the parties mutually agree to have the arbitration held elsewhere, and judgment upon the award made therein may be entered by any court having jurisdiction thereof. Each party shall bear its own cost of any legal representation, discovery, or research required to complete arbitration.
I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to follow and be bound by all range rules, policies, terms and conditions of White Birch Ammo, LLC.
