The following terms and conditions govern the Membership, or Service and the benefits available at White Birch Armory. All persons subscribing to the services of White Birch Armory are urged to read the Membership Terms & Conditions carefully and if you have any questions to contact a White Birch Armory representative at: ATTN: Membership Info, White Birch Armory, 80 Industrial Park Dr., Dover, NH 03820.

  1. Agreement – This agreement is between White Birch Ammo LLC dba White Birch Armory, hereafter referred to as “White Birch Armory” or “WBA,” and the purchaser of this membership, hereafter referred to as the “Primary Member” or “member.” The Primary Member is the individual designated as the primary contact for billing of membership dues.  In the event that a membership is being gifted by another party, the Primary Member must be designated at the time of purchase by the gifting party.  This agreement is entered into on date of purchase.  This agreement supersedes any previous oral or written agreements and replaces any correspondence or other communication between the parties.  No oral statements, representations, or prior written materials shall be of any force or effect, except as they may be specifically set forth herein.  All prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, regarding the subject matter of this agreement are hereby revoked, canceled, and rescinded.
  2. Description of Services – The Membership services provided by White Birch Armory, hereinafter referred to as “Membership,” entitle members to receive discounts and other benefits on specified membership related services and other products and services offered by participating vendors, as described for the various levels of membership. All benefits are accessible through the Membership Benefit Table, viewable online at wbarmory.com, or available upon request from the Information Desk.
    1. Membership – Membership at White Birch Armory will be made available only to those who are legally able to own and possess a firearm and are at least 18 years of age. Members must follow all federal, state, and local laws concerning the handling and ownership of firearms. Membership will be granted and may be revoked at the sole discretion of White Birch Armory.  All membership definitions, benefits, pricing, terms, and conditions are established by subject to change at the sole discretion of White Birch Armory. By agreeing to these terms you certify that you; (1) are not, and have never been, the subject of a criminal or any other proceeding that prevents you from legally owning, handling, or possessing firearms under New Hampshire or Federal Law; (2) that you can lawfully own, handle, and possess a firearm; (3) that all information given in this application is true and correct to the best of your knowledge. White Birch Armory offers a selection of membership tiers, tailored to suit diverse customer needs. Each tier is subject to the limitations outlined in the following sections or noted in the Membership Benefits Table.
      1. Basic Membership – “Basic Memberships” are designed to provide membership privileges on a limited basis to the individual named on the application. Full details of the membership benefits are outlined in the Member Benefits Table.  “Basic” memberships are not eligible for “Add-On” members.
      2. Pro Membership – “Pro Memberships” shall grant membership benefits to the individual named on the application. Full details of the membership benefits are outlined in the Member Benefits Table. “Pro Memberships” are eligible for “Add-On” members, subject to the restrictions detailed in section (2)(1)(4).
      3. Elite Membership – “Elite Memberships” shall grant membership to the individual named on the application. Full details of the membership benefits are outlined in the Member Benefits Table. “Elite Memberships” are eligible for “Add-On” members, subject to the restrictions detailed in section (2)(a)(iv). “Elite Memberships” will grant access to the VIP Member Lounge, subject to the limitations specified in section (2)(a)(viii). “Elite Memberships” will grant the privilege of a Lifetime Warranty on all new firearms purchased, subject to the limitations specified in section (2)(a)(ix).
      4. Add-On Membership – Add-on memberships are limited to (up to) 2 people living in the same household as the Primary Member and are subject to the same terms and conditions outlined herein. “Add-On” members are entitled to the same membership perks as the associated Primary Member, however, are dependent on the Primary Member remaining in good standing to exercise benefits. Children older than 12 years of age and younger than 18 years of age, residing at the Primary Member’s listed are eligible for add-on membership.  A Parent/Guardian Release of Liability must be signed and on file with White Birch Armory for each child older than 12 years of age and younger than 18 years of age. Any child between the age of 12 and 18 who visits White Birch Armory facilities, shall be allowed to accompany the Primary Member or their spouse, provided they always remain within arm’s length of the Primary Member or spouse and under their direct supervision. There may only be two children between the age of 12 and 18 per one supervising Primary Member or spouse. White Birch Armory reserves the right, from time to time, to limit use of the range by children between the age of 12 and 18. Any child under the age of 12 is prohibited from entering or using the range. Parent(s) and/or legal guardian(s) will remain legally responsible for any actions taken by the child(ren) and defend White Birch Armory and all other representatives associated with the firearms facility, to include instructors, from all actions, demands, costs, claims, damages, and consequential damage arising from or in connection with their child while visiting White Birch Armory. Minors will not be granted membership identification but will have access to all membership benefits through the Primary Member, at the discretion of the Primary Member.
      5. Corporate Membership – Corporate Membership consists of a designated “Elite” member and a minimum of 5 named “Pro” employees. Corporate Member benefits and discounts follow the same benefits and discounts as “Pro Members”, unless upgraded by the Corporate Membership account owner.  Any company that chooses a corporate membership, and any members falling under that membership, are required to sign our standard liability waiver and release as a condition of entering and using the facility. The company and members of the Corporate Membership are subject to these Terms and Conditions as well as any provisions made in the agreement between White Birch Armory and the Corporate Membership account owner.
      6. Lifetime & Lifetime Family Membership – The terms and obligation to the Lifetime Membership is for the living life of the member. This membership option is prepaid and not eligible for any prorated returns. Lifetime memberships are not transferable from one person to another.  Lifetime members are also granted access to the VIP Member Lounge.  All rules and policies outlined in section (2)(A)(viii) will also apply to Lifetime Members. Lifetime Family: In the event the Primary Member becomes legally separated or divorced from the second named member, both the Primary Member and second named member will be considered Primary Members on their own respective Lifetime Memberships. In the event, the membership is specifically awarded to the spouse by written agreement or final divorce decree, and White Birch Armory is given written notice thereof, the existing terms of the Lifetime Family membership will apply, and the Primary member will be able to complete a one-time transfer to a second named member for a fee of $20.
      7. Members Identification – All White Birch Armory members will be photographed for White Birch Armory records and identification, and all members must present their White Birch Armory identification cards whenever they use White Birch Armory facilities. All guests of members must present a photo ID before using White Birch Armory facilities.
      8. VIP Member Lounge – Members may bring up to 2 guests into the VIP Member Lounge during visits. All guests must be accompanied by an eligible member to be admitted to the VIP Member Lounge. Members are responsible for all actions taken by their guests and will hold White Birch Armory harmless for property damage, accidents, and injuries to or caused by family members or guests. Children between the ages of 12 and 18 can enter the VIP Member Lounge, only when accompanied and under direct supervision of the Primary Member at all times.
        1. Television – The television and all associated applications and services are for the enjoyment of eligible guests and shall not be used to view obscene, indecent, and/or profane content. Members are not permitted to use personal accounts (e.g. streaming services) on any White Birch Armory owned device.
        2. Lockers – White Birch Armory offers day use of lockers for storage to eligible members while visiting the facility. If personal belongings are left in a locker overnight, the locker may be opened, and such belongings will be held as lost property.  Please do not leave personal belongings, including firearms, in the lockers beyond your visit. White Birch Armory shall not be liable for any loss or theft of personal property, whether stored in a locker or otherwise. 
      9.  Lifetime Warranty – A Lifetime Warranty is provided as a benefit for all Elite Members and will cover all New Firearms purchased during the Membership period, for the duration of the Membership period. An Elite Membership must remain active to maintain this warranty coverage. If membership is cancelled or lapses, all warranty coverage becomes null and void. White Birch Armory will warranty all new firearms purchased with a preceding Elite Membership against all manufacturer’s defects in material and workmanship which affect reasonable operation for the lifetime of the firearm or should the firearm become defective to the purchaser. This warranty is non-transferable from the original purchaser to a subsequent buyer. The warranty is established through the disposition of the NEW firearm to the Elite Member’s possession. Make, model and serial number, will be stored under the members customer profile. If anything goes wrong with a warrantied firearm, it will be repaired by White Birch Armory, sent to the factory for manufacture warranty, or replaced at no cost to member. White Birch Armory will repair or replace only those parts determined to be defective by the factory. If the firearm cannot be repaired, and the manufacturer agrees, White Birch Armory will supply the member a firearm in the same or newer condition as yours or offer you a similar model (to be determined at the discretion of White Birch Armory) free of charge. This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear of any parts or protective finishes. This warranty does not cover labor to modify or add parts/equipment to the firearm nor does it cover any additional equipment added to the firearm at time of purchase or thereafter. This warranty extends to all parts of the firearm as originally sold by us but does not extend to firearms altered or rebuilt after their original purchase by any other party other than White Birch Armory. The following are specifically excluded from coverage under this warranty and will cause said warranty to become null and void: Firearms attempted to be fixed by anyone other than White Birch Armory; Firearms deemed to have fired reloaded ammunition; Firearms damaged through abuse, misuse, or lack of proper care and maintenance; Firearms used other than for their legal intended purposes. White Birch Armory’s liability for breach of any warranty shall be limited to replacing or repairing the defective or nonconforming item (replacement or repair to be determined by the discretion of White Birch Armory), which shall be the sole and exclusive remedy. White Birch Armory will not be liable for any other damages, including direct, incidental, or consequential damages. To exercise this warranty, a covered firearm must be returned to White Birch Armory, 80 Industrial Park Dr., Dover, NH 03820.

  1. Availability of Facility – White Birch Armory facilities are for use by all White Birch Armory members as well as the public. Members shall always use the premises in a considerate manner and solely for purposes approved by White Birch Armory. White Birch Armory will, from time to time, make their facility available for use by specific groups such as Law Enforcement, Military, or Private Parties.  Membership at White Birch Armory is not a guarantee of availability of facilities to the Member. Members may utilize White Birch Armory facilities only during normal operating hours.  White Birch Armory reserves the right to change operating hours at its sole discretion without any effect to this agreement.  White Birch Armory may close its facilities for maintenance, training, holidays, or other selected days as necessary.  White Birch Armory will make a reasonable effort to publicly announce such closings in advance. If a member knows or should know that they have a condition (planned travel, medical, etc.) that will prevent the use of White Birch Armory facilities, it is agreed that the Membership is limited accordingly.  Membership dues will not be carried over or prorated. 
  2. Fees & Payment – All memberships are subject to payment of a one-time, non-refundable Initiation Fee as well as Monthly Membership Fees. The Initiation Fee is due at the initial purchase of the first month of membership and will not be charged again unless there is a lapse in monthly fees. The Initiation Fee and Monthly Membership Fees for each level of Membership vary based on the level of Membership purchased, special promotions, and Membership availability. A member wishing to upgrade to a higher tier will be required to pay any difference in initiation fees at the time of upgrade. Monthly Membership Fees may be reviewed and adjusted by White Birch Armory at any time.  In the event of a Monthly Membership Fee change, the Member will be notified at least 30 days in advance of such change.  Members are required to maintain a current form of payment on file to maintain Membership status.  Accepted forms of payment include Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. It is the Member’s responsibility to ensure that White Birch Armory has a valid credit card on file.  In the event a credit card on file is denied, White Birch Armory will send notification to the Member’s email address on file and Membership will be placed on hold until the Member provides a valid payment method. Memberships will be automatically billed on a monthly basis and will continue until the Primary Member provides written notice to cancel the Membership.  Written notice must be submitted to memberships@wbarmory.com. White Birch Armory is entitled to recover costs, including reasonable attorney fees incurred in collecting sums due to White Birch Armory under this or any other membership provision.
  3. Conduct – All members, guests of members, and other White Birch Armory facility users must follow all White Birch Armory safety standards and range rules and must read and agree to the terms of the White Birch Armory Assumption of Risk, Waiver of Liability, Release & Indemnity Agreement all of which are incorporated by reference into the White Birch Armory terms and conditions of membership. The facility and grounds shall not be used for any unlawful purpose and shall be used solely for the purposes approved by White Birch Armory. White Birch Armory and our employees, managers, officers, members, agents, representatives, and contractors assume no liability for any losses, injury or damage occurring on or about the premises. Members are responsible for all actions taken by their guests and will hold White Birch Armory harmless for property damage, accidents, and injuries to or caused by family members or guests. Any accidents, injuries, or misconduct by members, or guests shall be immediately reported to an employee of White Birch Armory.  Anyone entering these premises does so entirely at their own risk. To the extent not prohibited by law, in no circumstance shall White Birch Armory be liable to you or any other third parties for any loss or damage (including, without limitation, personal health) arising out of or related to you, your family member, or your guests’ use or inability to use the White Birch Armory facilities. You hereby agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless White Birch Armory, its affiliates, managers, officers, members, employees, agents, representatives and contractors from and against any claims, demands, losses and/or injury, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and other costs and expenses, arising out of or related to you, your family member, or any of your guest’s use of or access to the White Birch Armory facilities and grounds. White Birch Armory management reserves the right to review security footage to retroactively determine location, time, and person(s) involved with instances that have caused damage or partook in unsafe behavior in the range and/or on White Birch Armory property. If a member and/or their guest causes damage to range property and refuses to pay any fees as outlined in the Standard Liability Waiver and Release form their privileges will be revoked and prohibited from use of White Birch Armory facilities until the fine is paid in full. The payment of such fine shall be in addition to all other damages and remedies available to White Birch Armory under this Agreement and in equity or at law.
  4. Damages – If a member, or a member’s guest cause any damage to White Birch Armory property, whether accidental, negligent, willful, or otherwise, the member or the member’s guest will be removed from the ranges and/or facilities and suspended or terminated from membership. In the event of a negligent discharge or other safety violation(s), White Birch Armory reserves the right to require a preapproved safety firearm course to be successfully completed prior to membership benefits being reinstated. Members can elect to take a White Birch Armory course or a pre-approved firearm course of their choice. Firearm safety course tuition is the responsibility of the member. Under no circumstances will White Birch Armory reimburse or refund the cost of membership should a member elect not to complete a required safety course. The individual responsible for the damage may be held civilly liable or criminally prosecuted. White Birch Armory reserves the right to charge the member the costs for any such damage, regardless of whether the damage is caused by the member or the member’s guest. Should court action be required to collect the damages, the member will also be liable for White Birch Armory costs or attorney fees incurred in the recovery of damages.
  5. Assumption of Risk – White Birch Armory and our employees, managers, officers, members, agents, representatives, and contractors assume no liability for any losses, injury or damage occurring on or about the premises. Anyone entering these premises does so entirely at their own risk. To the extent not prohibited by law, in no circumstance shall White Birch Armory be liable to you or any other third parties for any loss or damage (including, without limitation, personal health) arising out of or related to your, your family member, or your guests’ use or inability to use the White Birch Armory facilities.
  6. Smoking, Alcohol, Food and Drink – White Birch Armory has a zero-tolerance policy regarding drug or alcohol use at our facilities. Absolutely no alcohol, illegal drugs, or intoxicating substances are allowed on the indoor range.  Food and drink are allowed in designated locations only. No food or drink is allowed in the range.  If a member or guest is suspected of being under the influence, determination shall be made by White Birch Armory management in their sole discretion, each such person will be prohibited from utilizing White Birch Armory facilities.  White Birch Armory reserves the right to make their own determination as to the state of a member or guest and reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. White Birch Armory will cooperate with law enforcement agencies responsible for enforcing laws related to the use of illegal drugs and alcohol. Smoking is permitted in designated smoking areas only.
  7. Military – In the event a member is currently or hereafter becomes a member of the United States Armed Forces and is placed on extended duty that takes them more than 100 miles from White Birch Armory, a temporary suspension of billing can be requested. The Member may place their membership on hold until their return.  Written notification of military assignment must be made within 30 days and be accompanied by a copy of the official orders.  Written notification can be made to memberships@wbarmory.com.
  8. Photography, Videography, and Model Agreement – The members agree to allow their photograph to be taken for White Birch Armory records and identification. White Birch Armory reserves the right to use photography and videography for any promotional use that may benefit White Birch Armory, or its partners. White Birch Armory guests may opt out by submitting their decision in writing. When opting out, guests must be specific as to what they are allowing or not allowing. Guests of White Birch Armory may not opt out of “All Photography and Videography” since White Birch Armory utilizes both for the safety and security of the store. All guests understand and agree that such photographs and/or video recordings of Members, customers and/or guests may be placed on the Internet. Guests waive the right to approve the final product.  The guest agrees that all such portraits, pictures, photographs, video and audio recordings, and any reproductions thereof, are and shall remain the property of White Birch Armory.
  9. Chargebacks – White Birch Armory reserves the right to dispute any bank or credit card chargebacks. White Birch Armory reserves the right to refuse all future orders placed by any customer that cancels an order via debit or credit card chargeback following shipment or rendering of services.
  10. Arbitration – Any claim, dispute, or controversy (whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, whether preexisting, present or future, and including statutory, common law, intentional tort and equitable claims) arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions, their interpretation, or the breach, termination or validity thereof, the relationships which result from these Terms and Conditions (including, to the full extent permitted by applicable law, relationships with third parties who are not signatories to these Terms and Conditions), White Birch Armory’s advertising, or any related purchase shall be resolved exclusively and finally by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be held in Strafford County, New Hampshire before a single arbitrator, unless the parties mutually agree to have the arbitration held elsewhere, and judgment upon the award made therein may be entered by any court having jurisdiction thereof. Each party shall bear its own cost for any legal representation, discovery, or research required to complete arbitration.

By purchasing a White Birch Armory membership, members acknowledge they have read, understand, and agree to follow and be bound by all range rules, policies, terms and conditions of White Birch Ammo, LLC. All rules, policies, terms, and conditions can be found in their entirety at wbarmory.com or be provided upon request at the Information Desk.
