On Monday, January 30, 2023, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives published the final Factoring Criteria for Firearms with Attached “Stabilizing Braces” rule for public inspection in the federal register.  This rule went into effect and enforcement by the ATF on January 31, 2023.

In compliance with the rule, we are no longer able to sell pistols with the stabilizing brace. We are currently working to update the images and descriptions of these items on our website.

Any pistols with a brace shown in the image or description will not ship with a brace.

Talley’s Lightweight Scope Mount features a unique, one-piece construction extruded from 7000 series alloy and precision CNC-machined to its final design. It has no joint between the scope and the rifle which ultimately provides more strength and durability than most steel rings and bases, but with a lighter overall weight. This model is compatible with Savage A17/A22 rifles with rounded receiver and has 1″ rings with an extended front and low mount height and a matte black finish.
