On Monday, January 30, 2023, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives published the final Factoring Criteria for Firearms with Attached “Stabilizing Braces” rule for public inspection in the federal register.  This rule went into effect and enforcement by the ATF on January 31, 2023.

In compliance with the rule, we are no longer able to sell pistols with the stabilizing brace. We are currently working to update the images and descriptions of these items on our website.

Any pistols with a brace shown in the image or description will not ship with a brace.

Hornady’s TriPoint Lock Box handgun safe is built to exceed the ASTM International performance standards for youth resistant firearms containers. The safe is constructed of 16-gauge steel. It meets the TSA requirements for handgun security in luggage. It has a TriPoint locking system that features 3 points of contact with three 1/2″ wide steel locking lugs. The interior is padded. The exterior measures 10.25″ x 8″ x 3″ and the interior measures 9.75″ x 7.5″ x 2.25″.
