Private Instruction Policy
1. Private instruction is paid in full upon booking and is non-refundable.
2. Students may reschedule sessions one time with no penalty, provided the request is made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled session time.
3. Rescheduling requests made within 72 hours of the scheduled session time will result in one hour being deducted from the student’s private instruction package. This applies even if it is the student’s first reschedule request.
4. No call/no show sessions are forfeited in full and are not eligible for rescheduling or refunds.
5. All private instruction sessions purchased in a package must be used within 180 days of purchase. Any unused sessions after 180 days are forfeited. While White Birch Armory may send courtesy reminders when possible, students are ultimately responsible for scheduling and using sessions within the 180-day period.
6. The White Birch Guarantee: If White Birch Armory must cancel a scheduled private instruction session within 72 hours of the session time and a replacement instructor or alternate time cannot be arranged, one free hour of private instruction will be added to the student’s package.
7. Emergencies: While the policies above are enforced consistently, management may review special circumstances at their discretion.
