Locker Rental Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions govern the Locker Rental service and the benefits available at White Birch Armory. All persons subscribing to the Locker Rental services of White Birch Armory are urged to read the Locker Rental Terms & Conditions carefully and if you have any questions to contact a White Birch Armory representative at: memberships@wbarmory.com or ATTN: Membership Info, White Birch Armory, 80 Industrial Park Dr., Dover, NH 03820.

  1. Agreement

This agreement is between White Birch Ammo LLC dba White Birch Armory, hereafter referred to as “White Birch Armory” or “WBA,” and the purchaser of this locker rental, hereafter referred to as the “Renter.” The Renter is the individual designated as the primary contact for billing of locker rental dues. In the event that a locker rental is being gifted by another party, the Renter must be designated at the time of purchase by the gifting party. This agreement is entered into on date of purchase. This agreement supersedes any previous oral or written agreements and replaces any correspondence or other communication between the parties. No oral statements, representations, or prior written materials shall be of any force or effect, except as they may be specifically set forth herein. All prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, regarding the subject matter of this agreement are hereby revoked, canceled, and rescinded.

  1. Locker Rental Terms & Obligations

The Renter agrees to rent locker #____________*, starting on ________________ . The Renter is responsible for timely payments and ensuring the unit’s contents adhere to White Birch Armory’s rules outlined in this agreement. 

  1. Facility Rules & Regulations

The lockers are for the Renter’s use and should only contain firearms and related items. Locks must be purchased directly from White Birch Armory.  

Prohibited Items include: 

  • Perishable items (food, plants) 
  • Flammable or hazardous materials 
  • Illegal substances or items 
  1. Access & Security

Locker units are accessible during WBA operating hours. It is the Renter’s responsibility to keep their locker secure and locked at any given time. Locks must remain on the locker being rented at all times, even when there are no contents in the locker. White Birch Armory is not responsible for locking the Renter’s locker and will not have access to the locker unless this contract is breached. 

  1. VIP Room Locker Access

VIP Room locker access is an exclusive benefit available only to members holding a current Elite or Lifetime membership. Access to any assigned locker in the VIP Room is contingent upon maintaining an active and current Elite or Lifetime membership at all times. If a member’s Elite or Lifetime membership lapses, is canceled, or is otherwise terminated for any reason, VIP Room locker access will be revoked immediately. White Birch Armory reserves the right to remove and store locker contents at the member’s expense if membership is not kept current and is not responsible for any items left behind after access is revoked.

  1. Liability Waiver & Insurance

By signing this agreement, the Renter waives any claim against White Birch Armory for damage, loss, or theft of items. Insuring the items in the locker is the Renter’s responsibility. 

  1. Automatic Billing, Cancellation, & Termination Policy

Locker Rental subscriptions are billed automatically on a monthly basis and will remain active until the Primary Member provides written notice of cancellation. To avoid being charged for the upcoming billing cycle, written notice must be submitted at least 15 days prior to the renewal date to memberships@wbarmory.com. White Birch Armory reserves the right to retain any fees collected prior to receiving a cancellation request. Additionally, White Birch Armory is entitled to recover any costs, including reasonable attorney fees, incurred in the collection of unpaid dues under this or any other membership provision. White Birch Armory can also terminate the locker subscription under breach of terms and conditions. If the Renter’s locker subscription is cancelled because of facility needs, White Birch Armory will provide a 30-day notice. 

  1. Late Payment, Eviction, & Auction Terms

Payments are due monthly. ACH is the preferred payment method for Locker Subscriptions. Other accepted forms of payment include Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Credit or debit cards may be charged a 3% processing surcharge. It is the Renter’s responsibility to ensure that White Birch Armory has a valid payment type on file. In the event a payment on file is declined, White Birch Armory will send notification to the Renter’s email address on file, and the locker rental will be suspended until the Renter provides a valid payment method. Renters have 30 days to resolve any failed payments. During this period, White Birch Armory will make all reasonable efforts to contact the Renter. If the payment issue is not resolved within 30 days from payment failure, the Locker Rental subscription will be canceled. If the Renter’s locker rental subscription is cancelled due to non-payment or otherwise, the Renter has 15 days to remove locker contents. After 30 days, the lock will be cut, and the contents may be sold by White Birch Armory to recover costs. 

  1. Privacy Policy

We value the Renter’s privacy. All personal data collected is used solely for communication and billing purposes. We do not share or sell your data. 

 

We reserve the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at our sole discretion. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website, unless otherwise stated. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
