Designed for speedy use, SpeedSafe assisted opening makes it easy to open with just a quick pullback on the built-in flipper. For insured safety Kershaw used their two-stage locking system, allowing the frame lock to keep the blade open while in use and the tip lock to keep the blade closed while in transport.
